John,

Today we released just one part of our strategy for defending President Trump’s conservative state majorities — and we want to make sure you saw the full report. Here’s what you need to know: State Republicans are on offense this year — and we’re ready to win where it matters most.

Please read the strategy memo and make a donation before MIDNIGHT tonight, so Republicans have the resources they need to defend President Trump’s majorities in the states. [link removed]

John,

Republicans are absolutely on offense this election cycle, including in at least 115 districts where a Democrat currently holds office but were won by President Trump in 2016.

Expert, public estimates have predicted that the results in as few as 42 state legislative seats could determine as much as a 136-seat swing in the U.S. House of Representatives for the next 10 years.

Radical liberals, meanwhile, have figured out that they can’t rely just on winning federal elections. Their new targets are state legislative races with one clear objective: gerrymandering liberals into decades-long power in Congress and state legislatures.

Backed by George Soros and other leftist billionaires, labor unions, and left-wing activist groups, Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and Hillary Clinton are making comebacks, raising hundreds of millions of dollars to fund and run a coordinated effort.

We remain focused on electing Republicans to statewide offices, adding to the great group of lieutenant governors, secretaries of state, and agriculture commissioners across the country.

"Our Party has recruited strong candidates this year who can run smart campaigns with compelling messages, but they need the RSLC’s help to win and thereby protect Americans from a decade of liberal gerrymandering." — RSLC Board member Karl Rove

Thank you,

Austin Chambers

What is the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC)?
We are the only organization solely focused on electing Republicans to down-ballot, state-level offices. We accomplish this by working directly with Republican leadership in the states and providing them with resources, training, and funding. We have nearly 200,000 donors in all 50 states. The RSLC invested a record $45 million into state-level races in the 2017-2018 election cycle, which contributed to state-level Republicans maintaining 61 of 99 legislative chamber majorities, holding 25 lieutenant governor seats, and 29 secretaries of state offices. Your support is critical to making this happen. You can learn more about us at RSLC.GOP.
