Email from Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty WILL Highlights the Opportunities that Lie Ahead! A New Day for America Trump Hits the Ground Running Dismantling DEI, WILL Provides Critical Insight to DOGE, and more Earlier this week, President Trump signed new executive orders ending long-standing, unconstitutional programs and policies of the federal government. WILL Deputy Counsel, Dan Lennington, remarked, “Make no mistake, President Trump’s inauguration marks a seismic shift in the American political and legal landscape. Through a series of executive orders, Trump has begun to dismantle ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion’ programs, ending decades of taxpayer-funded racism in America." Trump’s executive orders answered our call to action from last week proposing that he remove all DEI programs within the federal government as well as resolve the pending lawsuits against the former Biden Administration (three of which involve WILL). WILL's Work Once Again Gets National Recognition WILL's work was highlighted nationally in the Washington Post and the Associated Press over the past week. After using Dan Lennington's quote above the AP recognized our efforts in this area: ... While we applaud the recent executive actions, we will also continue to work with President Trump and his administration to ensure that all Americans enjoy equal rights under the law.” Act 10 Fight Continues!
