Hey there, it’s Ed. I had a few minutes today to reach out about our January fundraising deadline coming up soon.

When I think about all the hard-fought battles throughout my time representing Massachusetts, I think about how I was never alone.

When we launched the Green New Deal resolution in 2018 and set the agenda on climate action, we did it with the support of a diverse and dedicated grassroots movement.

When we faced our toughest primary race yet in 2020, Team Markey stepped up and organized for victory, winning votes through creativity, grit, and determination.

And now in 2025, I have the privilege of continuing to rely on supporters like you as we fight for the future of our democracy, our planet, and much more.

Not big corporations or special interests. Just regular folks. That’s why for years now our average donation has usually been less than $30.

So, with our very first fundraising deadline of the year approaching in a few days, and with a lot of ground for us still to cover to hit our goals, I’m asking:

Can you make a contribution of $5 or whatever you can afford towards our January fundraising goals? The amount itself isn’t important as long as everyone chips in. [[link removed]]

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

DONATE $10 [[link removed]]

Thanks for always standing by my side when I’ve needed you most.

In solidarity,

Ed Markey
