Welcome to our new reality of MAGA control of the House, Senate, and Presidency.

In typical fashion, Trump’s entourage couldn’t even make it one day without signaling the fact that they want to be the successors of the Nazi movement.

In his appearance before the inauguration crowd gathered in DC’s Capitol One Arena, Elon Musk, the son of the owners of an Apartheid-era South African diamond mine, couldn’t help himself but throw a Nazi sieg heil salute into his remarks:

Sadly, the powers that brought Hitler and the Nazis to power - the dark alliance between capital, industry, military, and a resurgent right-wing populist movement, have once again coalesced around an individual who can bring their most depraved fantasies and lauded 4th Reich from nightmare to reality.

Yet, there is cause for hope - a historic twist of fate has given us a unique opportunity to stop the rising black tide (for now).

Because of Trump’s cabinet appointments from the House of Representatives, Republicans have the smallest majority they’ve had since 1932 and are at extreme risk of losing it.

A blue victory here is not assured - in fact the odds are stacked against us.
