Supervisor Shamann Walton has just endorsed our campaign for re-election! 

Supervisor Shamann Walton and I have been working closely together to ensure that our communities stay safe and healthy. I am honored to have Supervisor Shamann Walton's endorsement for our campaign for re-election. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has threatened economic stability for all of San Francisco’s residents. During these trying times, I am committed to serving our community that is often overlooked when it comes to plans for economic relief. I have always said that what makes our district so strong is that it has one of the most diverse, immigrant populations in all of San Francisco. Our diverse community brings a unique perspective and hardworking grit that keeps our city running.

Supervisor Shamann Walton and I have been working together on an exciting piece of legislation to establish the COVID-19 Emergency Family Relief Fund of over $10 million which is distributed as $1,000 for San Francisco residents with children or dependents under 18 years old, who do not qualify for any federal or state stimulus or relief plans during the COVID-19 pandemic. This unprecedented plan will include providing relief for immigrant and undocumented families residing in San Francisco who are experiencing extreme hardships but do not qualify for any other benefits.

I am devoted to continuing the work that Supervisor Shamann Walton and I have been doing to protect our communities and am deeply grateful for his support.
