Most Montana students have now been out of their classrooms for 52 days, so you would think our education leaders are doing everything they can to support our schools and students in this difficult time.
According to The New York Times, Montana officials estimate Devos' guidance “would shift more than $1.5 million to private and home schools, up from about $206,469 that the schools are due under current law."
Betsy is playing politics during a global pandemic to further her privatization agenda and Elsie is letting her get away with it.
Our students deserve better.
Our state superintendent should be speaking up and advocating for our students, not rolling over to discriminatory schemes to siphon resources away from the students who need them most.
With your help, we can ensure Montana does not endure another four years of Elsie Arntzen. Please join our campaign today and help us take back the Office of Public Instruction.
P.S. I know times are hard for many of us and I understand if you can't donate right now. I hope you'll continue following my campaign while you take care of yourself and your family and ultimately vote for me come November.
