House candidates in both California and Wisconsin lost their close elections this month, and we need to be prepared or we'll fall short too.

Having to adapt to a vote-by-mail election is a situation we never anticipated, but we've learned a lot from our friends in CA and WI. The lesson is clear: If Democrats want to overcome this hurdle, we need to chase down voter ballots as soon as possible -- otherwise the GOP wins.

We've only got 6 days left until Election Day in Iowa -- and if we want to put Democrats on the path toward defeating Joni Ernst, we have to make sure progressives return their ballots for Eddie Mauro.
