Our client, Stephanie Baez, was just acquitted of committing Obstruction of Official Proceedings. If the DOJ had won, they would’ve thrown Stephanie in prison for 20 YEARS. But Stephanie beat the DOJ instead!
As you recall, Joe Biden’s DOJ took Stephanie to trial on this fake charge, even though the US Supreme Court ruled against using it against J6 patriots.
Let me tell you, Stephanie showed incredible courage, refusing early on in the case to plead guilty to bogus misdemeanors.
This outraged Joe Biden’s DOJ, so they added a felony charge just before the first trial date.
To be frank with you, I was shocked how the DOJ went after her.
Words fail to convey just how vicious and cruel the DOJ was to Stephanie:
- They openly defied the US Supreme Court
- The brutal stress they piled onto her crushed her health so badly, she lost two of her babies. And endured 10 surgeries in two years.
But the DOJ lost and we WON.
