For years, Millennia Housing Management has gotten federal money to rent to low-income families while forcing tenants to live in dangerous conditions. Since 2018, AFSC has been supporting Millennia tenants in Atlanta—and eventually, across the U.S.—to demand changes. After years of advocacy, we scored a huge victory: The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has banned Millennia from getting federal contracts for five years.
