Video Update

We’re back with another video update! It’s been another busy week here in St. Paul, filled with events, meetings, and important work on behalf of the people of Minnesota. This included the MCCL Rally for Life at the State Capitol, multiple committee hearings where we heard from Minnesota business owners, and testimony from John De Groot, superintendent of Central Minnesota Christian School. John provided valuable context on how unfunded mandates and paid leave laws affect not only businesses, but also our schools.

One quick update since filming this video: the Minnesota Supreme Court ruled that 68 members constitute a quorum. This decision doesn’t change anything about my work at the Capitol. I remain committed to showing up every day and fighting for the priorities of my constituents and continue to urge my Democrat colleagues to join us and get to work for the people of Minnesota.
