When I ran for office as a first-time candidate, I promised to be accessible and transparent. I found it irresponsible that my GOP predecessor had not held a single town hall in more than a decade.
Our district deserved better. That’s why I’ve already held more than 30 town halls since taking office, which is 30 more than my GOP predecessor held in twelve years.
While I won't be able to meet with folks in person in the weeks ahead, everyone deserves the opportunity to be heard.
