Hey team. I wanted to not only thank you for your support during this inauguration week (I’m inspired by your dedication to help) — but I also wanted to check in and see how we’re all feeling.

I know it’s been a tough week. But I hope that you’re remembering the power you hold and the critical need for us to work together, hold the GOP accountable, and remind them that they answer to the people.

Now that Trump is back in office, it's more important than ever that we do not give up. In times like these, we have to step up and step into the work, and that’s my promise to you today. I will work harder than ever to use my platform to combat the GOP’s disinformation and to use my position in Congress to uphold the people’s wishes.

P.S. This week is the anniversary of Roe v. Wade. The new administration marked the occasion by taking down the Federal Reproductive Health website. President Trump and his administration are crystal clear on women’s rights – they’re attempting to dismantle them. They aren’t wasting any time and neither can we.
