And we know this vote will be close, and there is still work to do, but we are making a difference for our democracy.

America faces serious threats, and now is a time for proven leaders who are willing to put country over party to do what’s right, not what’s politically convenient. We need leadership that will respect the Constitution, not bow down to personalities. Pete Hegseth’s record shows he is not qualified to lead the Department of Defense. I hope that your office will reject unqualified candidates like Pete Hegseth, and focus your time on confirming real leaders.”
