The City of Auburn's revaluation process is moving along, in fact the first home inspections are scheduled to begin on February 3.
Meet Tyler & Cameron, our inspectors from KRT Appraisal. They will be performing home inspections (as will our city assessing team). This will not be an intrusive process - the inspectors will be polite, professional, accurate & fair. They will have city identification and will be wearing KRT or city apparel as well as "assessor" safety vests.
We truly appreciate residents allowing these inspectors inside their homes - the visit will be brief and it is a critically important component of the revaluation process.
