We’re concerned.
For weeks, we’ve watched Donald Trump undermine Dr. Anthony Fauci, a lead member of Trump’s pandemic taskforce, by:
-- Amplifying messages calling for Dr. Fauci’s firing
-- Preventing Dr. Fauci from testifying before the House
-- Contradicting Dr. Fauci’s calls to prioritize America’s public health
And now, with no regularly scheduled press conferences, we’re nervous Trump will continue to undercut Dr. Fauci.
As our country faces this unprecedented pandemic, we deserve to hear more from our medical experts, not less.
We’re downright terrified Trump will sideline Fauci for good.
