We need leaders in Washington who understand the threat posed by the Communist regime in Beijing. 

We must push back on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). 

They have proven time and time again that they cannot be trusted and are pursuing an agenda that hurts Americans and destabilizes the world. 

Instead of alerting the international community to the threat of COVID-19, they silenced journalists and whistleblowers, swept signs of the disease under the rug, and deprived our government of critical time to prepare for the disease.

The CCP have oppressed their own citizens, stolen massive amounts of intellectual property belonging to American companies and have manipulated international institutions for their own gain while breaking the rules every step along the way. 

Politicians like John’s opponent have talked a big game, but have done nothing to stop the regime in Beijing. He’s been deceiving Michigan voters for years — promising to crack down on China during campaign season, but doing the exact opposite once he gets to Washington. 

Even though he sits on a committee tasked with holding China accountable, he’s missed 89% of the hearings. Career politicians like him are exactly why Washington has failed to contain the CCP for decades. 

Michiganders deserve better. They deserve someone like John, who has spent his life keeping Americans safe. He understands exactly what we need to do to confront the Communists in Beijing — that’s why he has called for Repatriating the American Dream and bringing crucial defense and medical supply chains back to our shores.
