John, Donald Trump made it his top priority on Day One of his presidency to pardon the criminals who stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021.

These criminals who stormed our Capitol and beat the crap out of cops should be serving time, not being served pardons on Day One of Trump’s presidency.

Trump should never live this betrayal down. Patriotic Americans in places like Western PA who support our cops aren’t going to forget this. I won’t forget this.

Trump’s pardons are an affront to law and order and all of us who are committed to our Constitution. I swore an oath to our Constitution when I was 17 to defend our democracy, our freedoms, and our future, and it’s never been more important to continue that fight in Congress.
