AFGE Members -

The Women’s and Fair Practices Departments will be conducting a series of 2-hour informational sessions on how EEO laws, including the ADA and Rehabilitation Act, continue to apply during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the webinars will cover how these EEO laws do not interfere with or prevent employers from following the guidelines and suggestions made by the CDC or state/local public health authorities about steps employers should take regarding COVID-19.

These trainings are designed to empower our members on how to navigate the ADA rehab laws and EEO laws in the face of COVID-19 and to regain their power in the workplace.

We highly encourage you to join one of our many upcoming trainings. The series will begin this Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. EDT.
