** Connection: Healing Our Relationship with Our Bodies

In this eight-week support group, we will explore how industry culture, societal expectations and personal experiences can negatively impact our relationships with our bodies and how we view ourselves. Through a mix of exercises, participants will develop ways to shift from negative self-image towards healing and grace.

This support group is available to anyone living in the United States, Puerto Rico and US territories. A pre-group interview is required before joining the group.
