Helpline: Trained and caring specialists are ready to listen to families' challenges, setbacks, obstacles and difficult emotions that go along with a loved one's substance use or addiction. No matter where families are on their journey, our specialists will help support them in finding solutions that fit their needs.

Help & Hope By Text: Parents and caregivers concerned about their child’s substance use or addiction can receive customized resources and skills delivered via text. Just text JOIN to 55753 to get started. Messages include evidence-based skills and strategies to help families better communicate with their loved one and motivate them to get the help they need.

Online Support Community: We offer free online support meetings for parents & caregivers of children who are dependent on or experimenting with substances. These meetings are hosted by specially trained peer coaches, with clinical oversight.
