Kia ora John,

Last year was tough for many New Zealanders. This Government’s policies have driven our economy deeper into recession. Many Kiwis are still struggling with the cost of living, facing job losses and feeling National’s deep cuts to vital services.

We’ve been taken back decades on race relations, and in our work to meet the climate challenge. We’ve seen far too many broken promises, divisive polices and wrong priorities from Christopher Luxon and the National Government.

This is just the beginning. We have one more year before the campaign kicks off and a big job ahead to limit the damage this Government is doing before it’s too late.

As we kick into 2025, Labour is coming out swinging. This year I’ll be setting out more about what a future Labour government will do to help New Zealanders to get ahead and I’ll be in touch with regular updates.

Thank you John, for your support. Together, we’re standing up for what is right and holding the Government to account – and we’re not slowing down.
