Breaking news: A federal judge just blocked President Trump’s unconstitutional executive order that would end birthright citizenship.

The Reagan-appointed judge said, “This is a blatantly unconstitutional order,” and that he has not seen another case in his four decades on the bench that so clearly violates the Constitution.

This is a victory — for now. While this decision will temporarily block Trump’s order from going into effect, the case will continue to move through the courts and potentially reach the U.S. Supreme Court.
