The ATF has already gone rogue and defied President Trump.

President Trump signed an Executive Order that puts all “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion” (DEI) hires within the federal government on mandatory leave.

So, the ATF quietly changed the title of one of its bureaucrats, Lisa T. Boykin, the “Chief Diversity Officer,” to “Senior Executive” overnight to save her job from the chopping block.

GOA exposed the ATF’s attempt to illegally shield one of their own – and now we’re sending letters to the President urging him to FIRE this rogue bureaucrat.

But we also need to use this moment to show President Trump that an already unconstitutional agency that would openly defy his orders on just Day 2 of his presidency should be ABOLISHED altogether.

Now that GOA has put the ATF’s lawlessness in the national spotlight, this is the perfect opportunity to rally support for HR 221, which has been introduced in the House to ABOLISH the ATF.

Please add your name to our pre-written letter urging President Trump to not only FIRE the rogue ATF bureaucrat, but also abolish the ATF altogether as it continues to defy the Constitution by preying upon Americans who exercise their Second Amendment rights.

You can see in the first screenshot, Lisa T. Boykin is listed as the “Chief Diversity Officer” of the ATF as of January 20, 2025:

But, on January 22, 2025, her title of “Chief Diversity Officer” magically vanished and she suddenly became “Senior Executive” of the ATF.

Of course, as a gun owner, you know that a maneuver like this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the ATF’s lawlessness and corruption.

The ATF has a long history of violating the law by establishing federal gun registries, using violence against gun owners, and shutting down gun businesses – just to name a few.

This is the same agency that issued a ban on up to 40,000,000 pistol braces after the November 2020 election and before the election had been certified.

Thankfully, President Trump rolled it back—at least until President Biden re-enacted it and forced GOA to sue and block it in court.

The ATF simply should not exist. It is an unconstitutional agency created to infringe upon the God-given right to keep and bear arms. Period.

And with a bill already introduced in the House, HR 221, this is our golden opportunity to ABOLISH the ATF once and for all.
