The list of pension-related bills [ [link removed] ] introduced for the current legislative session has been updated with the following:


* *HB 1069* | *SB 5044* – Allowing collective bargaining over contributions for certain supplemental retirement benefits.
* *HB 1270* – Concerning automatic deferred compensation enrollment for county, municipal, and other political subdivision employees.
* *HB 1349* | *SB 5306 *– For LEOFF Plan 2: Concerning the purchase of pension service credit for authorized leaves of absence.

The list includes links to the Legislature's information resources, including details on the content, history and current status of each bill.

Please note that legislative proposals are subject to change and do not become law unless they are passed by both houses of the Legislature and signed by the governor.
