Judicial Watch
Dear Judicial Watch Member,

Did you know that non-citizens voted in the 2024 elections?

Just a few weeks ago, in response to a District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act request by Judicial Watch, the Washington D.C. Board of Elections provided information that shows 388 non-citizens voted in D.C. in the November 5th, 2024 general election…even though federal lawprohibits non-citizens from voting in federal elections!

But what happened in D.C. is just the tip of the iceberg, since across the country liberal cities, counties and states are also moving to allow non-citizens to vote! When the Left loses an election, they will always look for a way to create new voters…citizens or not.

We believe citizenship should be the Number One priority for voting in U.S. elections, but in many states and cities it is not.

That’s why we need to ramp up our work exposing states and cities that are attempting to undermine honest elections by permitting non-citizen voting.

And to ramp up this important election law work, I am asking you to support Judicial Watch with a special contribution today!

Contribute

Because of your interest in our work, you know that since 2012 we’ve fought successful legal actions across the country to keep our elections honest…helping states defend voter I.D. laws, and forcing states to follow federal election law and keep their voter rolls “clean.”

Because of your interest in our work

Our lawsuits and settlements have led to the removal of more than4 million ineligible voters from voter lists across the country.

And we are currently suing California, Illinois andOregon over their sloppy voter maintenance practices, as well as also suing Illinois over its law that allows the counting of mail-in ballots up to 14 days after Election Day (we won a huge victory in Mississippi last October in our lawsuit against that state’s similarly reckless “extend Election Day” law).

Now, I believe that Judicial Watch must tackle the growing scandal of liberal jurisdictions enabling non-citizens to vote in our elections.

This may be the most insidious attempt yet by the Left to corrupt our elections and violate the U.S. Constitution!

As America’s largest and most effective private election laws litigator, Judicial Watch is uniquely suited to take on the Left to stop non-citizen voting.

But to support new investigations and, potentially, new lawsuits we need you and other patriots to join with us!

Contribute

We’re currently pursuing countless open Freedom of Information Act requests and a record number of lawsuits against several branches of the federal government, which is why your contribution is so important.

Believe me, 2025 will be just as challenging as 2024!

Please know that all of us at Judicial Watch will be deeply grateful to you for your support, and if you will help us now, I pledge to honor your trust in us every day.
