About the job
As a senior-level Project Manager within the Engineering & Architectural Services (EAS) Program, you will lead the design and construction of public works projects for state facilities and institutions with multiple buildings. You will collaborate with clients to plan and budget capital projects, develop project assignments, and ensure alignment with biennial budget appropriation requests. Acting as a client advocate, you will coordinate with private design firms, oversee the creation of designs and specifications, and manage complex building projects, including planning, scheduling, and cost control. Additionally, you will champion Lean principles to enhance process efficiency, reduce government operational costs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the agency.
