While we look ahead and prepare for the midterms, we can’t afford to overlook critical special election and Governor races on the horizon this year.

Trump’s decision to appoint Representatives Mike Waltz, Elise Stefanik, and Matt Gaetz to Cabinet positions means their seats may soon be up for grabs. Flipping these seats is key to cutting into Mike Johnson’s slim majority and taking back the House–and we must prepare!

We will also have the chance to flip the Virginia Governor’s Mansion and establish a strong line of defense against Trump's extreme policies. In New Jersey, we must work to keep the Governor’s Mansion blue and defend our progress.

The 2025 elections will be the first test of our grassroots strength! This is our chance to build up power and fight back against Trump's MAGA agenda, which puts the demands of the rich and powerful over the needs of hard-working Americans.
