The course content explores key time periods and constitutional concepts, and can be used to teach contemporary topics such as: Why is it important to engage in civil dialogue? How does federalism check those in power? What is the role of the national government when it comes to immigration? What is the role of Congress and the Supreme Court in American democracy? Learn More About the Available Formats Teacher-led High School Curriculum The curriculum includes 15 modules, and offers a scope and sequence guide to support pacing for state civic standards, as well as enrichment activities and connections to other popular NCC resources, including the Interactive Constitution.
