Trump Border Security and Immigration Executive Orders - Just a few days after taking office, President Donald Trump has issued nine executive orders related to border security and immigration. Some policies in the orders will have an immediate effect, and some of the provisions will require substantial appropriations increases from Congress to have an impact. A number of the orders will face legal challenges in the federal courts. Here is a summary of the Trump border security and immigration executive orders as of January 23, 2025.
