Lisa Anderson | Director of Young Adults
I heard Kim Dolan Leto speak at an event and knew I wanted to have her on the show. I got a copy of her book “Fit God’s Way” and read it on a cruise (with a plate of food from the buffet, of course, followed by a soft-serve ice cream cone). As someone who’s forever had a love-hate relationship with food and exercise, I was particularly intrigued by Kim’s call to invite God into my fitness. What? It almost seems embarrassing to “burden” God with my cardio and calorie woes. But Kim’s book demystifies the process of pursuing health — making it biblical, grace-filled, and attainable. So grab some ice cream and give it a listen on this week’s show. Her uber-practical book is also available for a gift of any amount!
