One of President Trump’s first actions as President was to clarify that the 14th Amendment does NOT automatically grant citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants born in the United States.

This is among his most important Day One executive orders.

Without the end of so-called “birthright citizenship”, the children of the MILLIONS of illegals who entered our country under Biden will automatically become citizens!

They’ll be eligible for welfare, taxpayer-funded health care, the right to vote, chain migration and countless other government benefits, many of which will also benefit their illegal alien parents!

This policy REWARDS illegal lawbreakers which only incentivizes more illegals to flood into our country.

But unfortunately, Democrat-controlled states have filed a LAWSUIT against President Trump to try and stop him from ending this disastrous open-borders policy.

President Trump and his administration has announced their intention to go toe-to-toe with these Democrat states in court.

And if the court actually follows the law, he’ll easily win the case!

Birthright citizenship is based on a historical myth and a willful misinterpretation of the law by radical open-borders advocates.

But we’ve seen how corrupt our legal system has become – and all it takes to OVERTURN President Trump’s executive action is a single Democrat activist judge!

To make matters worse, Democrat advocacy organizations are preparing to flood the courts with petitions defending birthright citizenship.

That is why it’s absolutely vital that REAL Americans speak up with our own petitions demanding that the courts uphold President Trump’s executive order ENDING birthright citizenship.
