Folks,

Today, we should be celebrating 52 years of the Supreme Court issuing its landmark decision in Roe v. Wade . But thanks to the Supreme Court – led by justices appointed by President Trump in his last term – Roe was overturned and we continue to witness GOP-controlled states enact dangerous restrictions on abortion.

In the Senate, I’m doing everything I can to protect women’s access to care, whether that’s securing contraception access or protecting the right to travel for care. But if we want to make sure reproductive health care for women in every corner of the country is protected, we need to flip the Senate in 2026 so we can codify Roe into law.

I’m on the ballot in 2026, and I need you with me in this fight. Will you pitch in $1, $5, or whatever you can to flip the Senate blue?

Right now, Virginia is the only state in the South without a post- Roe abortion ban. We’ve avoided attacks on the fundamental right to abortion in Virginia because we came together and elected Democrats to our General Assembly.

Now we need to band together and recommit to doing the same thing in Washington.
