| John, Wesley Hunt here. As we work to get our nation back on track, I want to ensure that the generous people supporting my mission know why I’m fighting to Save America. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. After graduating from high school, I felt the call to serve our nation in the military, like my father and sister before me, so I accepted an appointment at the United States Military Academy at West Point. .jpg) My service included one combat deployment to Iraq and two to Saudi Arabia, where I served as a Diplomatic Liaison Officer. While in Saudi Arabia, I represented the U.S. Government in missions involving the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Corps.  After completing my military service, I attended Cornell University, where I earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.), and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (M.I.L.R.). I never thought I would get involved in politics, but after seeing the dysfunction and destruction wrought by liberal elites in the Democrat party, I was once again called to serve our great nation by running for the United States Congress.  I knew that challenging the D.C. Washington elite wouldn’t be easy, but after flying Apache helicopters over Iraq, I knew I was prepared to take on the tough fights. Join me in the fight to save the future of America.  This picture is my number one reason for serving Texans in Congress. Being a husband and a father has taught me selflessness and dedication and has instilled in me a desire to better our country for the next generation.  My family is truly my world, and I do it all for them. Now, we have retained the House Majority after fighting so hard for it in 2024. This doesn’t mean we can give up. The Democrats are placing our beliefs under fire every day. It is more important now than ever for us to protect our Conservative values and progress the America First Agenda.  Nothing is more worth fighting for than our great country and community here at home, and I hope you’ll consider joining my team as we take on this mission to Make America Great Again!
