As Donald Trump took the oath of office, the world’s wealthiest
billionaires huddled just a few feet behind him.
Ben Wikler, who is running to chair the Democratic National Committee, was
ready and on message – unlike too many Democrats who used the inauguration
to rub elbows with the incoming fascist administration. His inauguration
messaging was effective and seen by millions!
Now, more than ever, the Democratic Party needs a leader who knows how to
fight back against Trump’s corruption and remake the Democratic Party as
the party of working families.
That leader is Ben Wikler.
[ [link removed] ]Can you chip in $5, $10, or $20 to Ben’s campaign to help Democrats
effectively take on Trump and the billionaire oligarchs buying our
democracy?
Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Tim Cook—together worth more than
the bottom half of America—sat together in front of Trump’s own family and
his cabinet. Meanwhile, his everyday supporters, working-class Americans,
were stuck out in the cold.
Trump made perfectly clear that over the next four years he won’t be
fighting for working families. He’ll be fighting for billionaire oligarchs
and the corporate elite.
If Democrats are to survive the test of this administration, they MUST
connect with working Americans in ways too many of them have forgotten.
Ben is running an authentically populist and organizer-focused campaign to
become Chair of the Democratic National Committee because he is an
authentic populist and a lifelong organizer.
Under his leadership as Chair of the Wisconsin Democratic Party, Ben built
one of the most sophisticated year-round organizing programs, broke
numerous fundraising records, and united Wisconsin Democrats behind a
progressive and populist pro-worker agenda. Ben could do that because he
feels economic populism in his bones.
As DNC Chair, Ben will fight to protect Americans from greedy corporations
and corrupt billionaires. Ben will call out Trump’s corruption and
billionaire-first agenda, and ensure Democrats are the party of working
people.
Just last week, Ben was endorsed by the four largest public sector unions
in the nation! Why? Because Ben understands that Democrats only win when
we stand with workers and their families, not the ultra wealthy and
corporate elite.
Ben’s race for DNC Chair is neck-and-neck with a little more than a week
until votes are cast. He can win this race, but only if he has the
resources to finish strong. [ [link removed] ]Will you pitch in to help elect Ben Wikler
and rebuild the Democratic Party as the party of working people?
