About the job
As a Management Analyst 5, you will provide expert process and business analysis to support C&P programs, focusing on complex, multi-agency initiatives that integrate technology, business needs, workflow analysis, and innovative solutions. You will design and implement strategies, solutions, and projects informed by collaboration with management, vendors, customer agencies, and statewide groups. Utilizing Lean quality tools, data analytics, and project management expertise, you will lead enterprise-level projects, develop reports using diverse data sources, and deliver actionable insights to executive management, state agencies, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including elected officials, ensuring informed decision-making and effective project outcomes.
