But here’s the truth… Not only is the zero-tolerance policy still in effect, but the ATF actually reinforced the policy and added new ways to revoke gun store licenses just last August. |
The Biden Administration used the “zero tolerance” policy to shut down 496 gun stores across America. And ATF agents are still in the field right now revoking licenses! |
If the ATF can put gun dealers out of business for making simple mistakes, then everyday Americans will increasingly find it harder to find gun dealers who are still selling firearms. |
And that’s exactly their goal… to create hurdle after hurdle to make it nearly impossible for you to legally acquire a firearm to the point where the Second Amendment has been effectively abolished. |
GOA is representing gun dealers in court who have been wrongly threatened by the ATF through its unlawful “zero-tolerance” policy – and we proudly have a perfect 1.000 batting average in defending them. But we will not stop fighting until the zero-tolerance policy has been completely ripped to shreds. |
The damage done by the ATF’s illegal zero-tolerance policy doesn’t even end at merely shutting down gun stores… |
Under current law, when a gun store goes out of business, all of its Forms 4473 must get sent to the ATF’s Out-of-Business Record Center and scanned into a digital gun registry. |
That means ALL of the records from the 496 gun stores shut down by Joe Biden are now in a digital, searchable database managed by unelected, power-hungry agents at the ATF who have shown a willingness to resort to violence against gun-owning Americans. |
