PJI Files Letter Backing Montana Bill Ensuring Restroom and Locker Room Safety

Across Montana, the safety and privacy of women and girls in restrooms, locker rooms, and other intimate spaces are under threat. Radical gender ideology is undermining the basic rights to dignity and security that we’ve always relied upon. Without action, these private spaces could become battlegrounds for the erosion of fundamental freedoms.

While President Trump’s recent Executive Order acknowledging only two genders is a positive step, the fight doesn’t stop there. The battle continues at the state and local levels, and your voice is needed now more than ever to ensure Montana leads the way in standing for truth and common sense.

House Bill 121 offers a solution. This vital legislation recognizes the biological reality of two sexes—male and female—and provides essential protections for women and girls in public spaces. By affirming these truths, the bill ensures dignity and safety for all women and girls who use these spaces.
