User Account Housekeeping
Start your new cycle right by cleaning up user data—delete inactive profiles and create accurate user accounts. Ensure new users have the right permissions and set expiration dates to avoid headaches later. For deactivations, add asset transfers to your off-boarding checklist to prevent losing important resources.
Do you have old Custom Fields that go unused and are simply taking up space in your database? If so, good news. Custom Fields are being updated to allow for deletion of Custom Fields, as well as an increase in total allowable custom fields from 50 to 150.
Deleting Custom Fields. Custom Fields now allow for deletion. Admins can start the delete process from the custom fields list or details page.
Custom Field Limit Increase. The limit for custom fields has been raised from 50 to 150 for most users.

When you include a Note while adding an Ask, does it appear on the Contact Record?
Yes, when you add a Note on an Ask it will show up in the Notes section of a Contact Record. It will also include a link to the relevant Ask below it for easy reference.
