Dear Health Advocates,
We are excited to see many of you later this week at our 2025 Health Action Conference — our 30th HAC! The conference is at the Capital Hilton in Washington, DC on January 23-24 and this year's theme is From the Frontlines: Forging the Path Forward Together.
This week, we are starting down a new path together as President Trump's second term begins, but we will remain diligent and committed in our fight to protect and preserve the health care programs and coverage that millions of Americans rely on, even in the face of threats to health care once again. Already, over 425 partner organizations joined Families USA in sending a letter to President Trump on his first full day in office, urging the President to protect Medicaid. You can find the full letter and list of partner organizations here — thank you to everyone who signed on.
We also have other ways you can take action! We're asking you and your networks to send emails to your members of Congress using our new email tool — tell them that they cannot cut the Medicaid program to pay for tax cuts for the wealthy.
You can find more on all of this below, along with this week’s new opportunities and resources: |
