Team,
I reintroduced the Medicare Hearing Aid Coverage Act, a bipartisan bill aimed at expanding Medicare benefits to include hearing aids.
Right now, hearing aids are excluded from Medicare coverage and cost an average of $2,500 per device. This leaves many seniors without access to these necessary and life-changing tools they need to live their day-to-day lives.
48 million adults in America suffer from hearing loss and use (or need) hearing aids. It’s up to us to make sure every American who needs hearing aids has access and no longer has to worry about affording them.
Hearing aids should not be a luxury in this country. Will you join me today in showing your support for the Medicare Hearing Aid Coverage Act and urge the House to pass this important legislation by signing my petition here?
