Dear VCC Community,

As I write this message, two significant events are happening. One is the inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States. The other is the celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. What these share in common is hope for the future and an undoing of the tyranny that humanity has experienced collectively, not only over the last five years, but through much of humanity’s history.

I’ve described the last few years as the ‘great reveal’. We’ve discovered that governments are no longer in service to their citizens but mainly to their own interests. Those of us on the front line of the vaccine war know that vaccination is not about the health of our children, but rather serves a much more nefarious agenda. 

Vaccines are the battleground for the domination and submission of citizens to a national or international power. It is about subservience. It is about compliance. It is about undermining free will, free choice, the rights of parents, and the security of the person. If vaccination were truly about health, there would be more efforts to measure the health of our children, rather than compliance with a vaccine schedule.

We have also learned that the solution is not in electing different leaders, but in developing the leadership in all of us. I believe political leaders and judges follow, not lead, the culture. It is up to each of us to shift the culture to one of truth, accountability, and morality. It is critical that we fulfill our role in creating the kind of society we want for our children. It is critical that we be vocal in the face of lies, deception, and tyranny.

Martin Luther King Jr stated - “In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” Today I want to honour all of you who stood up over the last five years, and continue to stand up, in spite of the consequences. We speak out because we know there is something more precious than our own comfort and lives.

One group of warriors that I want to acknowledge today are those who are taking civil action against Justin Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland, and others for their role in the invoking of the Emergencies Act and the tyranny that ensued. Their fight is on behalf of all citizens to ensure that those responsible are personally held to account. Those initiating this legal action have covered all legal costs to date, but as expenses continue to mount this becomes all of our battle. Bill 39 - An Act Respecting Proof of Immunization

This reminded me of my own presentation to this same Standing Committee. I’ve copied it here. In hindsight, I see this as a historic moment when we put a temporary pause on the tyranny of vaccine mandates in New Brunswick and potentially the rest of Canada. This is what I shared:

We are writing in response to the information being disseminated by the Public Health Agency of Canada in ‘A Parent’s Guide to Vaccination’. The broader medical community, the public, and especially parents look to health authorities such as the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) to provide accurate, up-to-date information to assist in making informed decisions regarding the health and safety of children. 

Statements in ‘A Parent’s Guide to Vaccination’ issued by the Public Health Agency of Canada declare, with no conditions or qualifiers, that vaccines are ‘safe, effective and necessary’ for the health and safety of children. This statement is inaccurate and misleading. Of particular note for being inaccurate, misleading or unsubstantiated are the following: 

• Diseases that were once common in childhood are now rare in Canada because of vaccines. 
• Many vaccine-preventable diseases have no treatment or cure.
• The best protection is to keep vaccinating. 
• Vaccines must go through years of research, followed by testing and retesting before they can be used in Canada.
•  Each vaccine MUST be proven to be safe and to work before it can be given.
•  Your child’s immune system is not prepared to defend itself.
• The vaccine is safer than getting the real disease.
• Vaccination prevents between two and three million deaths worldwide every year. 
• It is estimated that (theoretically) an average baby could handle up to 10,000 vaccines at one time without concern.
• When you vaccinate . . .  you protect them from serious diseases for the rest of their life.
• In some parts of Canada, children need to have all of their vaccinations up to date before starting school or daycare. 

The Public Health Agency of Canada exaggerates, misleads, deceives and withholds important information that is necessary to enable parents to make an informed decision regarding the health of our children. This is a violation of the Code of Ethics of every healthcare professional.

We are of the opinion that the PHAC is guilty of criminal negligence. Criminal negligence is when a person acts in disregard of a serious risk of harm that a reasonable person in the same situation would have perceived. Criminal negligence includes an action or omission of an action.  Offenses that may result from criminal negligence include endangerment of a child. We hold that the actions of our regulatory agencies and most healthcare professionals meet this definition. 

We call upon the Public Health Agency of Canada to cease and desist the use of the phrase “safe and effective” and the other misleading statements listed in this letter when referring to vaccine products.
