Birthright citizenship is a constitutional right, and no matter what Trump thinks, presidents cannot unilaterally amend the Constitution. He overstepped his authority by a mile with this order, but we’re already taking legal action to hold him accountable and prevent this massive violation of U.S. citizens’ rights.
