John,

I’ve always believed that our government ought to work just as hard as the good people of Pennsylvania. That’s why, when I took office, one of my top priorities was making our government work at the speed of business.

Look, many jobs require licenses and permits. But before I was Governor, so many hard-working folks were forced to withstand excessive wait times for those licenses, thanks to backlogs and red tape. So on day one, I got to work.

In two short years, we’ve made our government work more effectively for every Pennsylvanian, because our Commonwealth deserves a government that speeds up opportunity and progress, instead of slowing them down.

I’ll explain more, but first: Will you chip in to support my team in the important months ahead? The fight to bring more real, meaningful progress to Pennsylvania won’t be easy, so I need this team by my side.

Here in Pennsylvania, we’ve become a model for the entire nation when it comes to cutting red tape and making our government more efficient.

We’ve helped new teachers get their certification in less than 2 weeks, when it used to take 12 weeks. We’ve cut the time to grant doctors’ licenses from 43 days to 2 days. And we’ve reduced processing times for businesses and corporate filings from 8 weeks to just 3 days.

Listen, Pennsylvania’s businesses, schools, hospitals, and economy rely on an efficient, streamlined government that keeps everything running smoothly. And by speeding up our government, we’re speeding up our economy too — and that helps everyone across Pennsylvania.

John, I’ve always believed that government can be a positive force for good in peoples’ lives. And here in Pennsylvania, we’re proving that every single day.

We’ve shown the nation that government doesn’t have to slow down progress — in fact, we’ve sped it up. But right now, our entire country is facing an uncertain future, so I need this grassroots team behind me to protect the progress we’ve made. Can I count on your donation today?
