President Trump took office yesterday. He got to work right away. So did the U.S. Senate.

Yesterday, we confirmed my friend Marco Rubio to be our next Secretary of State. We also passed the Laken Riley Act into law.

You elected us to deliver safety, and the Laken Riley Act will ensure criminal illegals are detained.

Democrats tried to weaken the bill. We didn’t let them. And some Democrats even supported the bill — thanks to you.

Your signatures supporting the Laken Riley Act sent a message when it was needed most.

That shows the power of our movement to make America strong again and put Americans first.

We have a lot of work to do, and I have a re-election campaign to win. If you haven’t donated this month, will you pitch in $22 (our average donation) or whatever you can?

DONATE $22

Any amount will help us keep up the momentum, build our campaign team, and share our message with Arkansans and Americans.

In service,

Meet Tom Cotton

Tom Cotton was born and raised on his family’s cattle farm in Arkansas, served as an Army infantry officer in Iraq and Afghanistan, and is fighting for working Americans in the U.S. Senate.

The tragic attacks of September 11, 2001 occurred during Tom’s final year of law school and changed his life’s trajectory.

After clerking on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and spending a short time in private law practice, he joined the United States Army as an Infantry Officer, spending nearly five years on active duty.

Between his two combat tours he served as a platoon leader with the Old Guard at Arlington National Cemetery, the unit responsible for military honors funerals.

Tom’s military decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, and Ranger Tab.

In the U.S. Senate, he’s fighting the tough battles for Arkansans and Americans, and delivering real results. He knows that only the strong can survive in a dangerous world, and he’s building a movement to make America strong again.
