Asian American Action Fund Endorses Tim Lim for DNC National Finance Chair

Washington, D.C. - The Asian American Action Fund (AAAFund), a progressive political action committee dedicated to empowering Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) in the political process, unequivocally endorses Tim Lim for the position of Democratic National Committee (DNC) National Finance Chair.

The 2024 election cycle resulted in significant setbacks for the Democratic Party, including the loss of the White House and both chambers of Congress.

These outcomes underscore the urgent need for a comprehensive transformation within the DNC's leadership and strategic approach. National Chair of AAAFund, Albert Shen, emphasized the necessity for decisive change:

"The recent election outcomes serve as a stark reckoning for our party. To regain the trust and support of the American people, the DNC must undertake a thorough overhaul of its leadership, moving beyond the entrenched old guard.
