In 2023, with the support of the EMILYs List community, Justice Janet Protasiewicz flipped a seat on the Wisconsin state Supreme Court — creating a pro-choice majority and helping to protect fundamental rights in the state.
This year, a new seat on the court is vacant, and the majority is up for grabs again.
