Back to Survival Mode

You may recall that things went pretty bad in the Balkans when COVID hit
there. The system fell apart almost immediately and Selco was unable to
post for a while.

Watching the pandemic unfold there was like a reminder of the survival
mode people found themselves in during the war Here's are the things he
noted during the outbreak. They're some pretty good lessons.
