Summary: DHS clarified CDCS policy as a result of 2024 legislation.

Survey opens: Jan. 27, 2025

Survey closes: March 7, 2025

Summary: DHS plans to conduct a survey that will allow providers to help inform the components and factors of the rate methodology for several services.

Audience: People who receive personal care assistance (PCA), Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and CFSS services, families, providers, lead agencies and other interested parties

Summary: DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates early in the transition.

Summary: DHS scheduled the annual MnCHOICES user access recertification for March 2025. Lead agencies will use the DHS Access Recertification System (ARS) to verify data privacy training and user access.

Audience: DWRS and CFSS agency-model providers

Summary: In preparation for DWRS and CFSS cost reporting, DHS asks providers to update their authorized agent information in the Minnesota Provider Screening and Enrollment (MPSE) portal.
