Hello John,

I hope you are keeping well.

I'm getting in touch to let you know about an exciting training opportunity for young people! We are expanding our “Local Champions” initiative ([link removed]) , and are recruiting new young people who have benefited from youth work to advocate in their communities, as part of our Youth Work Changes Lives campaign. If you are 18–29 years old, this could be the opportunity for you!

Deadline for applications: apply online to become a Local Champion by 14th February
Register your interest or find out more >> ([link removed])
Local Champions will
* get first-hand experience of the Irish political system
* learn the importance of local politics and local action
* develop valuable communication and persuasion skills
* give voice to their experience of youth work in support of the Youth Work Changes Lives campaign
* and more!

You’ll find full details on the Local Champions ([link removed]) page of our website.

Please do register your interest or share this with anyone you think may be interested.

And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch – we’d love to hear what you think of this initiative.

Kind regards,

Grace
