John,

Another nurse was forced to participate in a gruesome late-term abortion against her will.

She's now our client, and we just filed a critical complaint with the federal government to defend her rights.

More and more, we're seeing these disturbing cases of nurses and other medical professionals being FORCED to participate in horrific abortions. We've already won one of these legal matters, vindicating another pro-life nurse.

But Planned Parenthood has filed a lawsuit challenging new regulations enforcing the federal laws that protect medical professionals - regulations that we filed formal public comments to support.

The outcome of this case could greatly impact our pro-life work. No nurse should ever be forced to participate in an abortion. It's unthinkable. The regulations are important to the enforcement of pro-life doctors' and nurses' rights.

At the ACLJ, we're taking on new clients - even in this pandemic - defending pro-life nurses and medical professionals from forced participation in abortions. And TODAY we are filing a critical amicus brief to defeat Planned Parenthood's attempt to force more nurses to perform abortions. But we need your help before our court deadline.

Sign Our Petition: Stop Forcing Nurses to Perform Abortions.
